If The Guest cancels 36 HOURS OR MORE prior to their Session, The Atelier will save & honor the original Booking Deposit for use on a future rescheduled appointment. If The Guest cancels LESS THAN 36 HOURS BUT MORE THAN 24 HOURS prior to their Session time, The Atelier will retain the Booking Deposit for that Session and Guest must rebook with a new deposit. If The Guest cancels in LESS THAN 24, BUT MORE THAN 8 HOURS prior to their Session time, The Atelier will retain the Booking Deposit for that Session and The Guest will be responsible for a Tier 1 Cancellation Fee of $5 due at the beginning of their newly re-booked Session. Guest must rebook with a new deposit. If The Guest cancels LESS THAN 8 HOURS BUT MORE THAN 4 prior to their Session time, The Atelier will retain the Booking Deposit for that Session and The Guest will also be responsible for a Tier 2 Cancellation Fee of $10 due at the beginning of their newly re-booked Session. Guest must rebook with a new deposit. If The Guest cancels 4 HOURS or LESS prior to their Session time, The Atelier will retain the Booking Deposit for that Session. The Guest will also be responsible for a Last-Minute Cancellation Fee of $20 due at the beginning of their newly re-booked Session.
